Because a licensed loan in Singapore must be completed in person, where a moneylender is located actually matters. A central, easy-to-reach office means less time off work and a simpler visit. Advance Cash Credit Pte. Ltd. is a licensed moneylender registered with the Registry of Moneylenders, Ministry of Law (Licence No. 79/2026), based right in the heart of Orchard.
Where we are
Our office is at:
Advance Cash Credit Pte. Ltd.
304 Orchard Road, #04-12/13 Lucky Plaza
Singapore 238863

Lucky Plaza is one of the most recognisable malls on Orchard Road, so it is easy to find and easy to reach by public transport.
How to get here from Orchard MRT
The nearest station is Orchard MRT (North-South and Thomson-East Coast Lines). From the station, Lucky Plaza is a short walk along Orchard Road on the same side as Ngee Ann City and Wisma Atria. Once inside Lucky Plaza, take the lift or escalator to level 4 and look for unit #04-12/13. If you are driving, there is parking within Lucky Plaza and several nearby Orchard Road car parks. Multiple bus services also stop along Orchard Road directly outside the mall.
Why you need to visit in person
Under the Moneylenders Act 2008, a licensed moneylender must grant a loan face-to-face at its approved place of business. The lender has to verify your identity, explain the loan contract and its terms in a language you understand, and have you sign the Note of Contract in person. This is a protection for you as a borrower: no genuine licensed loan is ever finalised entirely over the phone, by SMS or through a messaging app. If a “lender” offers to approve and disburse a loan without any in-person visit, that is a strong sign it is an unlicensed loan shark.
What to bring to your appointment
To keep your visit quick, bring your supporting documents with you. Depending on your situation, these usually include:
- Your NRIC (Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents), or your passport and valid work pass if you are a foreigner working in Singapore;
- Proof of income, such as recent payslips and CPF contribution history, or your Notice of Assessment if self-employed;
- Proof of address, such as a recent bill or bank statement.

Confirm we are licensed before you come
You should always check that any moneylender is licensed before dealing with them. Look up Advance Cash Credit Pte. Ltd. on the official List of Licensed Moneylenders in Singapore maintained by the Ministry of Law, and confirm our Licence No. 79/2026 and address match what you see here. Our step-by-step guide explains how to check a moneylender is licensed.
Apply online first to save time at the office
You do not need to queue to get started. You can complete a short application on this website before you visit, and a loan officer will follow up within one hour on working days. If you use Singpass (Myinfo), your verified details are filled in for you, so there is less to type and fewer errors. Your identity documents are then verified and the loan is completed when you come in. We assess every application within the legal caps — interest of up to 4% per month on the amount owing, a one-time approval fee of up to 10% of the principal, and an overall ceiling where total interest and fees can never exceed the loan itself.
