Answers to the questions borrowers ask us most.

Is Advance Cash Credit a licensed moneylender?

Yes. Advance Cash Credit Pte. Ltd. is a licensed moneylender registered with the Registry of Moneylenders, Ministry of Law, Singapore (Licence No. 79/2026).

How much can I borrow?

Unsecured-loan caps apply across all licensed moneylenders combined. Singapore Citizens / PRs: income below $20,000/year → up to $3,000; $20,000/year or more → up to 6× monthly income. Foreigners: below $10,000/year → up to $500; $10,000–$20,000 → up to $3,000; $20,000 or more → up to 6× monthly income. Please borrow responsibly.

What are the interest and fees?

Interest is up to 4% per month on the reducing balance. A one-time administration fee (the loan approval fee permitted under the Moneylenders Rules) of up to 10% of the principal may apply, and a late fee of up to $60 per month if a payment is late. By law, the total of interest and fees on a loan cannot exceed the loan principal.

How do I apply?

Complete the online application or enquiry form, or call us at 6737 5737. A loan officer will contact you within 1 hour on working days, and you’ll complete the loan in person at our office.

How fast is approval?

Our loan officers aim to contact you within 1 hour on working days. After you visit the office and complete the paperwork, disbursement typically takes about 30 minutes.

Can I take a loan if I already have one?

Possibly — it depends on your income and total borrowing across all licensed moneylenders, which we check before lending. Speak with our officers and we’ll assess your situation responsibly.

Can I repay early?

Yes. Early repayment is welcome and there are no additional costs — just let our loan officers know.

Can I cancel a loan after signing?

Cooling-off period (from 15 September 2026). Every unsecured personal loan from a licensed moneylender now comes with a three-business-day cooling-off period set by the Ministry of Law. If you change your mind within that window, you can cancel: you repay the principal you received, no interest is charged, and we keep only a portion of the administration fee (the loan approval fee permitted under the Moneylenders Rules) within the limits MinLaw has set. Those limits are $50 for a loan of $5,000 or less, or 3.5% of the principal above that — and in both cases never more than the fee you were charged. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. This does not apply to business loans. Your loan officer will explain it to you before you sign. Read MinLaw’s announcement →

How do I make repayments?

You can repay by cash at our office, ATM deposit, or internet bank transfer.

Is my personal information safe?

Your personal data is kept confidential and seen only by our loan officers and the checks the law requires (such as the mandatory MLCB loan report). It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. The full list of who may receive data is in our Privacy Policy.
