Advance Cash Credit Pte. Ltd. (“Advance Cash”, “we”, “us”) is a licensed moneylender registered with the Registry of Moneylenders, Ministry of Law, Singapore (Licence No. 79/2026), with its office at 304 Orchard Road, #04-13 Lucky Plaza, Singapore 238863. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with this website and our moneylending business, in accordance with the PDPA.
Through the forms on this website, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, mobile number, email address, year of birth, residency status, nationality, employment and income details, the loan you are interested in, any existing repayment commitments you disclose, and your declaration of whether you are a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or connected to one.
Please do not enter your NRIC/FIN number or upload identity documents on this website. Identity documents (such as NRIC, passport, work pass, payslips and statements) are collected only in person at our office when you attend your appointment, as required for a loan to be granted under the Moneylenders Act 2008.
We may also collect personal data when you call us, visit our office, or otherwise correspond with us.

By providing your telephone number in a form on this website, you agree to receive calls and text messages from us about your enquiry or application, notwithstanding any registration of that number with the Do Not Call Registry.
We retain personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law, including the record-keeping requirements applicable to licensed moneylenders. When personal data is no longer required, we securely dispose of or anonymise it.
We make reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. Loan files are handled only by authorised staff and treated as strictly confidential. If a data breach notifiable under the PDPA occurs, we will assess it and notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and affected individuals as the PDPA requires.
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests as permitted by the PDPA. To make a request, contact us using the details in section 8; we will respond within 30 days, or if that is not possible, tell you in writing when we will be able to respond.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and links to Google Maps; when your browser requests those resources, Google receives standard technical request data (such as your IP address) under Google’s own privacy policy. Form submissions are delivered via Web3Forms as described in section 3, and our website hosting provider processes standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) in order to serve the website.
